Invite members

Members are the people in this workspace. Roles decide what they can change.

Invite

  1. Open Members.
  2. Invite by email.
  3. Choose a role.

Roles

  • Member uses the workspace.
  • Developer also opens workflow versions and other technical controls.
  • Manager manages the workspace.
  • Sponsor is the person who pays for seats and usage. A workspace has one sponsor.

If this fails: The invite does nothing

Use the email of a person who can open it. If they already belong to the workspace, invite does not add them again. The sponsor invite is separate. The screen says when that person is already the sponsor.
