Edit structured content in the tree view

The tree view reads a JSON value or a row and gives you fields instead of raw text.

Use the tree view

  1. Open the table or the JSON file.
  2. Open one record.
  3. Switch to the tree view when the record is an object or a nested structure.

Orbitype matches field types so you can edit text, numbers, lists, and nested objects without writing the JSON by hand. Code view, when it is offered on the same record, shows the same value as text.
