Hide tables and set aliases

Database settings control which tables people see and what those tables are called.

Change a table

  1. Open Workspace settings, then Connectors.
  2. Open the SQL connector.
  3. Hide a table that non-technical members should not see.
  4. Set an alias when the stored name is not the name people should read.

Hidden tables stay in the database. They drop out of the normal Data list.
