Automate

A workflow repeats steps you can write in order. An agent chooses the next step from the tools you allow. A template is a ready copy of apps, workflows, agents, and SQL from the Store.

1. If you know the steps, open Workflows and create one.
2. If the next step depends on an answer, open Agents and create one.
3. If you want a working example first, open Store and install a template.

You should see the new item in that list. Install stays off until you pick a SQL connector and confirm the SQL review, when the template contains SQL.

If you can write the steps in order, create a workflow. If the steps depend on an answer, create an agent. If you want a working example first, install a template and then change it.
