Create a workspace

You create a workspace before you add data, leads, or apps.

Create it

A workspace is the container for your data, leads, apps, and automations. Onboarding is the setup shown when you do not have one yet. You become the sponsor, the person who pays for this workspace.

  1. Finish email verification.
  2. Open onboarding.
  3. Enter the company name, the website, and the workspace name.
  4. Finish the step.

You should land in Chat. The sidebar shows the workspace name. Orbitype has created a database and file storage for you.

If this fails: Onboarding will not finish

Confirm the email first. If the step stops on a plan, open the credit ring and choose one. The workspace name cannot be empty. After it succeeds, Chat opens and the sidebar shows the workspace name.
