Connect an account

Credentials let workflows, agents, and Chat act in the services you connect.

Connect

  1. Open Credentials.
  2. Choose the service.
  3. Finish the sign-in the screen starts.

The services on the screen are LinkedIn, LinkedIn Advanced, Apollo, Google My Business, Google Search Console, Google Workspace, YouTube, Discord, and Microsoft 365.

LinkedIn Advanced and Apollo

LinkedIn Advanced asks you to confirm a monthly base cost before it connects, then may ask for an in-app approval or a code from email. Apollo asks you to confirm its monthly base cost. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace explain on the screen when an administrator has to approve the connection.

Code in a workflow reads these connections from orbi. You do not paste the password into the node.
