Plan and billing

You pay for seats, then for what the workspace uses. 1 USD is 100 credits.

Open plan or billing

Plan is where you choose or cancel the subscription. Billing is where you buy credits, set auto top-up, and read vouchers. Usage is the account ledger.

Credits

  • 1 USD = 100 credits.
  • The smallest posted amount is 1 credit. Usage rounds up.
  • Each workspace has one sponsor. That person pays for seats and usage in the workspace.
  • Seats are billed monthly.
  • Usage spends prepaid credits first. The rest goes on the invoice.
  • A purchase of X USD adds X × 100 credits.
  • Invoiceable usage can bill around 500 credits or on the weekly run.
  • A failed invoice can suspend the account until it is paid.

Where the numbers live

Plan shows what your subscription includes. Usage shows what you have spent. The credit rates for runtime, Lead Finder, and connected services are the rates on those screens and on this page when a line item is listed. Apps are billed as runtime when their actions run. There is no separate dashboard product.
