What triggers are available?

What services are available inside workflow nodes?

AI (chat, image, embeddings), OCR, headless browser, web search, LinkedIn Advanced, XLSX processing, email (SMTP/IMAP), and full access to your connected databases and S3 buckets. All injected directly. No external API setup required.

Can I reuse logic across multiple workflows?

Yes. Any workflow can be triggered via webhook, making it a callable sub-workflow. Extract shared logic: enrichment, validation, notifications. Update once, every workflow that calls it benefits immediately.

How do I keep workflows from breaking in production?

Every workflow is version-controlled. Every node save creates a snapshot: up to 50 versions retained. Restore the last working version in one click. Set hard time limits on nodes to prevent runaway executions. Test with dry runs before going live.
